Refund policy

At NobleMen Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and work to ensure your complete satisfaction. Because our products are fulfilled by third-party logistics partners, we operate under the following refund guidelines:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost.

Returns

Due to the nature of fulfillment and hygiene standards for wearable/grooming items, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, fit, or preference.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement after verification with the carrier.
